1. Click on the download link.
2. When asked to Run or Save, select Run (or select Run or Open after downloading).
   Alternatively, save the file somewhere handy like the Desktop, and then run it. This saves downloading it again for repeat use.
3. Provide the person helping you with the 9- or 10-digit session number and the password.
